Giving Thanks

First off, happy thanksgiving I hope everyone had a wonderful day, whether you were able to go and spend time with family, had a zoom thanksgiving, or however you celebrated. I was lucky enough that it was safe for my boyfriend and I to go see my family and hang out with them. I love spending time with my family it means the world to me. And I am so thankful for them. They have been the best and so supportive over the last few crazy years. Especially recently with finding out that I’m Bipolar and a few other diagnoses that I got along with that. They let me rant to them, or just vent or cry. They support however I’m feeling and give me wonderful pieces of advice and encouragement. I’m also INCREDIBLY thankful for my wonderful boyfriend. He is so supportive and always offering me words of confidence or hopefulness when I feel like the odds are stacked against me. whenever I want to give up he won’t let me and I appreciate it so much. If I’m having a low day he does everything he can just to get me to smile when it’s the last thing I want to do. But he also keeps me grounded when the manic hits and makes sure I don’t do anything crazy. I don’t know where I would be without him.
